Do you work on Apple Mac computers?Yes, we will work on an Apple Mac, iMac, MacBook Pro, or MacBook Air device. However, this requires specialized equipment and therefore you must purchase a minimum of $79 Business service option, even if the computer is residential. Also please note, the Apple computer must power on to be serviceable.

I have purchased my support, when will I receive my service?"Home (remote): Service will begin within four (4) business hours, however typical response times may be within 15-30 minutes. Home (on-site): Service will begin within four (4) business hours, however typical response times are 1-2 hours. Business (on-site): Service will begin within four (4) business hours, however typical response times are 1-2 hours. Business (remote): Service will begin within four (4) business hours, however typical response times may be within 30 min-1 hour.

Now that I have received service, can I ask additional questions?"We invite you submit any request by email, however typically most questions later after the service is completed are considered additional and new service requests, and will be answered at the discretion of the technical support staff. We strongly encourage you to ask your questions before, during, and immediately after the servicing of your computer or business network. Having said that we will always strive to provide you with the chance to learn about service performed before and after each support request and your future service options!

Can I request a refund for purchased support?There are no refunds for support, however your request is valid on any computer that is covered for up to twelve (12) months.

Do you work on smartphones or tablets?Smartphone support is limited to the setup of WIFI, email, and similar other related products such as cloud connected apps. We do not repair or fix broken phones, screens, ports, etc...
