Includes an attempt to recover the files using advanced recovery techniques and files are recovered when possible. Same-day service if ordered before 12 noon, otherwise next business day service is guaranteed, within four (4) business hours, however recovery may take up to ten (10) business days unless otherwise agreed to based on RUSH service (depends on the level of failure). Some files can be recovered same-day. Note: If you have deleted a file DO NOT USE the computer until recovery attempt as chances of a successful recovery are reduced by continuing to operate the drive.
